Typically 65 years or over needing help with basic functions to improve quality of life.

Guidnace and Meal Plans along with the support needed to succeed. It all starts and ends in the kitchen. We cannot out-train a bad diet! We learn rights foods to eat, meal prepping, portion control as well as the emotional component of food addiction, specifically sugar and carbs!
Graston technique is used to assist in mobilizing soft tissue. Helps improve range of motion by softening up scar tissue and adhesion's to promote better movement of a specific region or joint. Coupled with Active Release which is targeted stretching to further open up areas to increased mobility and diminished discomfort.
